Research on the progress of Ce<sup>3+</sup>,Tb<sup>3+</sup> co-activated phosphate luminescent materials prepared by hydrothermal method

Abstract Due to the special optical properties of rare earth elements, luminescent materials have been widely used in lighting, medical radiological images, detection and recording radiation field other fields. Through research analysis phosphate LaPO 4 :(Ce 3+ ,Tb ), Ca 9 Y (PO ):(Ce GdPO ) composite by hydrothermal preparation cerium-terbium co-activated, process (additives, reaction system pH, time, temperature, etc.), application status were clarified. XRD SEM analyze effect on phase composition morphology samples, energy transfer efficiency was determined. PL spectroscopic shows that 4f→5d 5 D → 7 F j (j=6,5,4,3) transitions Ce -Tb UV region demonstrated a variety matrix materials, enabling efficient co-doped ion combinations., concentration doping ions will significantly affect luminescence properties.
